The maintenance side of the company has gone from strength to strength, where we are offering yearly service contracts to many clients. Plumbing training in all aspects of our work is also in place with many of our main manufacturers involved, such as Gloworm, Potterton, Ideal. Ariston cylinders, Mega Flow cylinders, Telford cylinders and many more. Health and safety training is constantly being carried out and improved. We have independent trainers and inspection of all site work. Our intention is to work closely with all contractors to help improve and maintain our safety. Our area of work is based mainly within 75 miles of Chelmsford taking in London, Kent Suffolk, Essex and Hertfordshire. We work on new housing and light industrial, including ph standards. We also have the ability to fit in plumbing and cast iron drainage for projetcs such as large supermarkets and hotels. The housing installation varies from housing association flats and houses. Working for main contractors the 'For Sale Market' varies from blocks of timber frame flats to large one off properties, where adhering to detail is paramount. Properties sold for 2.5 million incur the cost of plumbing in excess of £50,000 per property. The main bulk of the work is based around fast and new build projects with high standards of finish that is required on all properties. If any client would like to visit one of the on going projects this can be arranged. Maintenance work has been built on our ability to secure and repair many of the new boiler and cylinder products on the market. Due to our links with the manufacturers through contracting, we are able to gain access to training and backup, as expected customers of a new house expect and demand high standards and ability to fit in with busy schedules.
